Work with Pastor Nico in the area where he previously served as a missionary. Sadly, the scars of war from long ago are still seen in people’s lives. The team will interact with the youth from the church, help women with crafts, minister to widows and children, and even help Nico try to re-establish a married couples’ group.
Serve 3rd and 4th grade children during an amazing week of camp. Show these kids the love of God through our actions and words that point to Jesus Christ. Join in the work with VBC missionaries Giba and Helen Filsinger, reaching the youth of their local area through an English camp outreach and day camps for the public schools. Taking a page from the annual outreach we do at our Plano campus, maybe even a little soccer could be in the mix!
