Weston Wagner – Caring Kids Club

Posted by Kate Duff on

Weston Wagner and the Caring Kid’s Club at Faith Lutheran School in Geneva, IL send me with lots of pencils, sharpeners, and erasers to bless the Juna Amagara children in Uganda.  We handed out many pencils, sharpeners, erasers, as well as Superman & Hello Kitty pencil sets as we gave letters to the children sponsored by Village Bible Church.  When we went to the Juna Amagara school in Mbarara on Tuesday, we asked Caleb, the Headmaster, if it would be OK for us to pass out pencils and erasers to each of the students.  He said SURE!  He had them line up by class and Lisa and I started passing out pencils and erasers.  A simple gift, yet the children were excited, happy, and thankful.  Thanks, Weston & friends!  You were indeed a blessing!  Thanks for caring for others!

Weston’s Caring Kid’s Club also sent me with their photo to bring to the Juna Amagara school to show the kids where the pencils came from.   They liked seeing the picture of the kids in America.   The boy holding the picture in the photo is Mathias, he is Maxwell Duff’s sponsored child.  Read more about Max & Mathias in a later post.
