TIP: SIGN IN - In order to access all features on the app, you'll want to SIGN IN. When you first install the app, you will be given the option to sign in with your phone number. You can also sign in with your email if your phone number is not recognized.

FIXES TO COMMON ISSUES
- Issue: Phone freezes after confirming PIN | Fix: Turn off & restart your phone.
- Issue: Not receiving the verification text
- Fix: Check your Messages' spam folder.
- Access spam folder on Android device: open the Messages app, tap your profile picture or initials, then select Spam & blocked.
- Access spam folder on iOS device (only if Filter Unknown Senders is turned on in Settings): open the Messages app, tap "Filters" at the top left, and then select "Unknown Senders"
- Fix: If you have opted out of receiving texts from the church, you will not receive the verification message and will have to opt back in. Opt in by texting "START" to 844-957-3850.
- Fix: Check your Messages' spam folder.
