Denver Bierman & the Mile High Orchestra Christmas Concert
December 3, 6:30pm
We know that there is a short span of time in which children form their identities. Everything about a child is incredibly impressionable.
We strive to take every opportunity to encourage children to understand, internalize, and live out what the Bible says. Because the Bible is all about Jesus, that's our desire for the children of Village. We want them to grow up with Jesus as their identity.
During each worship service, we provide a nursery for infants and toddlers. Our friendly check-in volunteer will answer any questions and help your child get set-up for a great morning.
The teachers for these classes are passionate about teaching the truth about Jesus in a fun and memorable way. We use The Gospel Project, a curriculum that chronologically walks through God's Word, showing how each story relates to Jesus.
Children up through 3rd grade have the opportunity to learn about God at an age-appropriate level from caring teachers. This typically includes crafts, an engaging lesson, teaching videos, and songs.
MOPS is a special time where mothers of preschoolers gather every other Friday at the Sugar Grove Campus to enjoy breakfast, make crafts, listen to insights from teachers, and laugh! Infants up through 5-year-olds are lovingly cared for in MOPPETS.
Each year we spend a week together learning songs, playing games, creating crafts, eating snacks, making friends, and learning about God.
David Wood is our Family Ministries Pastor, and you're welcome to connect with him if you have any questions.
