Village Bible Church has the exciting opportunity to serve once again at the Operation Christmas Child Distribution Center in Aurora on Saturday, November 30, from 8:45 AM to 1:00 PM. We had such a great time serving together in December that we’re going to do it again.
Unlike our December Village volunteer day, this serving opportunity involves a special twist. Individuals and families from across the country have generously "purchased" shoeboxes through the "Build a Shoebox Online" program, selecting specific items they want to include in a gift box. Before these boxes can reach children in hard-to-reach countries, they need to be assembled by a team of volunteers.
This event is open to adults and teens ages 13 and above. Please note that this experience involves more walking than regular processing, making it an active and engaging opportunity.
By participating in this unique event, you'll be part of blessing boys and girls around the world with the message of God's love.
