As we gather to celebrate the season with family and friends at our Christmas Concert on Saturday, December 7, we’re looking for bakers and treat makers to help us create a warm, welcoming, and festive environment for all who attend.
We invite YOU to share your holiday spirit by donating delicious homemade baked goods to be served at the reception after our 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM performances. Your festive cookies and holiday sweets will help make the event feel even more special, creating a delightful spread of treats for everyone to enjoy.
What We Need:
50 Dozen cookies and individual sized, holiday treats (i.e. dipped pretzels, fudge, nut clusters, etc)
10 dozen undecorated sugar cookies for a kid's cookie decorating station
Gluten-free or nut-free options are welcome!
Donations need to be delivered in sealed ziplock bags clearly labeled with the treat's name.
When:
Donations can be dropped off at the church Wednesday, Dec 4 & Thursday, Dec 5 between 9am - 5pm and Saturday, Dec 7 between 9 am - 11 am.
