Join us Saturday, May 3, at 7:00 pm for a Dessert Fellowship at the Village Bible Church Plano Campus.
Giba and Helen Filsinger have been full-time missionaries for many years and have a long-standing relationship with VBC's Plano Campus. They love serving the Lord and are involved in many ministries in Araçatuba, Brazil. Some key aspects are teaching at the Seminário Bíblico de Evangelização, training teachers and teaching in the public schools (using a 10-lesson Mailbox Club), and caring for a small church in the ghetto, called Maranata Bible Church.
We hope you can come to hear about what God is doing in Aracatuba! This is a special opportunity to learn how God is working in another part of the world and what living in Brazil is like. We can be a real encouragement to our missionaries by listening to them and praying for them.
If you are willing to bring a dessert, that would be great!
