As we gather to celebrate the season with family and friends at our Christmas Concert on Saturday, December 6, we’re looking for bakers to help us create a warm, welcoming, and festive environment for all who attend.

We invite YOU to share your holiday spirit by donating delicious homemade baked goods to be served at the reception after our 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM performances. Your festive cookies and holiday sweets will help make the event feel even more special — creating a delightful spread of treats for everyone to enjoy!

What We Need:
  • 55 dozen cookies (variety encouraged!)
  • 35 dozen holiday treats (individually portioned items like dipped pretzels, fudge, nut clusters, caramels, etc.)
  • 10 dozen undecorated sugar cookies for our Kids' Cookie Decorating Kits

Gluten-free or nut-free options are welcome and appreciated!

Please package donations in sealed Ziploc-style bags and clearly label them with the treat name and any common allergens.

Drop-Off Times:

Drop your treats off at the church on any of the following days:

  • Thursday, December 4 — 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Friday, December 5 — 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
  • Saturday, December 6 — 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM
NEW: Share Your Recipe!

This year, we’re adding a special touch — we’ll be sharing a selection of cookie recipes with guests the night of the concert!

If you’re donating cookies and would like to share your recipe, please email it to by Friday, November 22.

We’ll compile submitted recipes into a downloadable or printed format available at the reception.
