Have you ever wondered why it took 66 books for God to communicate to us? Or why the break between the Old and New Testament? Do we really need the Old Testament any more? Or maybe you want a better overview of the Bible, a better understanding of how the 66 books of the Bible fit together. Join us as we survey each book from the creation to the cross to the end of time. We'll take a look at the main themes, main characters, and main ideas of each book of the Bible. We'll investigate how each book connects to the others and how they all point us, ultimately, to Jesus, and the redemption of mankind. You'll walk away with a better, clearer understanding of how and why God brought each of the 66 books together to make our Bible and gave them to us so that we might know Him. This class will strengthen your foundational knowledge of the Bible and leave you better prepared to study and understand the Word of God.
