    1.  Those who are already proclaiming the Gospel
           ●  Have the Spirit of the LORD
           ●  Have the anointing of the LORD

    2.  Those who are compassionate toward lost people
           ●  Proclaim good news to the poor
           ●  Proclaim freedom for prisoners
           ●  Help the blind to see
           ●  Release the oppressed

    3.  Those who know the harvest is plentiful
           ●  Proclaim that now is the year of the LORD's favor
           ●  Understand God's patience
           ●  Know that the promised Day of the LORD will come

    4.  Those are the ones who will pray
           ●  Prayers of repentance
           ●  Prayers of recommitment
           ●  Prayers remembering that victory belongs to the LORD
