Living at the Crossroads of Life: Principles to be an Influencer for Jesus

Detail:

1. God places us at a crossroad in life so that the world will know that He is God
    (Acts 17:26–27).

Prayer—Talk to God about people, before talking to people about God.

Care—Care for the whole person, not just their spiritual needs.

Share—Lovingly share the gospel message clearly and confidently.  Invite them to put their faith in Jesus

 

GOSPEL

God created us to be with Him (Genesis 1–2)

Our sins separate us from God (Genesis 3)

Sins cannot be removed by good deeds (Genesis 4–Malachi 4)

Paying the price for sin, Jesus, (who is fully God and fully man),
     died and rose again (Matthew–Luke)

Everyone who trusts (repents & believes) in Jesus alone has eternal life (John)

Life with Jesus starts now and lasts forever (Acts–Revelation)

2. When God calls me to a particular task, I need to carry it out completely
     (Joshua 13–22, Judges 1).

3. When we compromise with culture, we lose our power (Judges 13–16).
