Bold Living in a Broken World

Passage: Hebrews 4:4-16

Preacher: Henry Garza

Series:Special Message

Summary:

In a world where Christianity seems to be declining, we're called to live boldly for our faith. The passage from Hebrews 4:14-16 reminds us that Jesus, as our great high priest, understands our struggles because He faced them too, yet without sin. This gives us the confidence to approach God's throne of grace, knowing we'll receive mercy and help in our time of need. We're encouraged to hold fast to our confession of faith, even in the face of societal changes and personal challenges. The story of Darryl Davis befriending KKK members shows how boldness and encouragement can lead to transformative change, reminding us of our potential to impact others when we live out our faith courageously.
