Unbelief

John shows us two different manifestations of unbelief in this passage:

1.  The unbelief of Jesus' brothers.
       •  They were excited about Jesus' miracles.
       •  They wanted the miracles to be public.

2.  The unbelief of the Jews.
       •  They were threatened by Jesus' miracles.
       •  They wanted the miracles to stop.

Application
Although unbelief can be expressed in different ways, at it core it is always the same.
