Women's Huddles

What is a Huddle?

A Women’s Huddle is a small group of women who walk together as disciples of Jesus Christ. It’s more than a book study—it’s a sisterhood where women open God’s Word, apply it to real-life issues, and encourage one another to live faithfully at home, in the church, and in the community.

Women’s Huddles are designed to be a place of connection, growth, and accountability—where women are known, supported, and challenged to grow in Christlikeness.

Women’s Huddles are part of our bigger mission to Discover, Develop, and Deploy women for God’s kingdom:

  • Discover – helping women get connected and grounded in a supportive community where faith can grow.

  • Develop – sharpening their character, gifts, and roles through group discipleship and accountability.

  • Deploy – sending out women to live as disciple-makers, serving Christ with wisdom and grace wherever
    He places them.

Why Huddles?

We believe women grow best in the context of sisterhood. Titus 2:3–5 reminds us of the importance of older women teaching younger women in godly living.

  • Sisterhood – authentic friendships where women are known, supported, and challenged.

  • Accountability – a safe place to confess struggles, pray for one another, and pursue holiness together.

  • Practical Wisdom – Scripture applied to the everyday realities of women’s lives, including marriage, motherhood, work, holy living, and cultural pressures.

  • Discipleship – not just learning information, but being formed into Christlike women who model and disciple other women.

How Do They Work?

  • Groups meet once a week (studies vary in length)

  • Each Huddle studies a book or resource rooted in Scripture that speaks into the unique challenges women face today.

  • Conversations go beyond surface talk—women dig into real life, ask hard questions, and pray for one another.

  • The goal is transformation, not just information: women becoming biblically measured, morally pure, faithful in their homes & relationships, evangelistically bold, culturally engaged, passionately committed, and prayerfully dependent.

What are the topics?

  • Honoring God and Others with Our Speech  Conversation Peace by Mary Kassian
    Led by Wendy Peck
Every conversation reveals something about what’s going on inside us. In homes, friendships, workplaces—and even church—our words can either cultivate peace or quietly fuel tension. Rather than offering quick communication tips, this study invites us to let the Gospel reshape our hearts so that our conversations increasingly reflect Christ.
