Remote villages in Alaska don’t have roads leading to the next town. Most often, they don’t have a church, either. What they do have is plenty of spiritual darkness -- poverty, broken families, high levels of alcohol abuse, and dysfunctional families. Our team will connect with 3rd and 4th graders to share the love of Jesus with them!
CrossRoads Missions Mexico intends to transform the city of Piedras Negras, Mexico, with the love and compassion of Christ through working alongside and empowering already-existing ministries by providing encouragement, homeownership opportunities, Christian education, medical clinics, and youth programming. Our Team will partner with CrossRoads and The Ranch as they minister to and encourage the local people and as they care for displaced people.
Fewer than 1% of Polish people are Evangelical Christians. Teaching English is a key way to build connections and relationships. Each summer, missionaries Bruce and Linda Thomas hold an English immersion camp for Polish families. Our team will connect with children ages 7-11, teaching Bible lessons along with English. Hint: it isn’t only about teaching English – it’s a gospel outreach!

VBC families help support over 170 orphans and vulnerable children in southwestern Uganda. Our yearly teams strive to carry out the command of James 1:27 to go visit them in their distress and to help the sponsors develop deeper relationships with the children they are sponsoring. They will bring care packages, video messages and hugs to the sponsored children, making connections and building relationships – praying, singing, and leading chapel services! We also have a Christian school administrator on our team, who will provide some biblical training workshops for the teachers at three of the schools.
Gifts to Village Bible Church, with an expression of a preference for my mission trip’s expenses, are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law. If I am unable to participate in this planned ministry, your gifts will be used to support the missions program of the church per its discretion and control.
