Howdy Parents,

Another fabulous week of VBS has flown by. Every day was packed with fun and adventure…and delicious snacks too! On their last day at Saddle Ridge Ranch, cowpokes asked our final question of the week, “What do I do now?”. We found our answer in Phillipians 4:4-9. We can live in ways that Honor God! Our key verse was James 1:5.

We finished our mission challenge today after a great week of competition. Cowboy Cash made his final appearance too! We also were able to Skype in our missonary family, the Hattons. Plus, we were able to tell them that we raised over $1,100 to help them move their family to Paupa New Guinea later this fall. WOW!  We really learned how amazing our God is in our lives and through the lives of others!

Although we are sad to see the children go, our desire is that they will leave with a solid understanding of the questions they had answered this week and continue to seek answers from the Bible as they grow. Our goal at Village Bible Church is to be a family of growing believers committed to glorifying God by reaching our world with the life-changing Gospel of Jesus Christ. VBS Closing Program, Sugar Grove Campus @ 11:00 am. All cowpokes will be singing songs from Saddle Ridge Ranch and we will have a terrific slide show.
