Scriptures is our source of wisdom, and Acts 2:42-47 seems to capture the vibrant community we would like to have represented at Village Bible Church. The early church was ignited by the Spirit, dominated by the Word, active in daily fellowship, and united in mission. And because of the transformation taking place in this community of believers, they were turning the world upside down for Christ. We want to have this kind of church as well. In order to make this a reality, we have to take discipleship seriously, which means that we have to know how to become the kind of disciples that Christ wants us to be.
