Each year we have been amazed with the way our church pulls together to raise money for our missions trips! We have seen the Lord allow the profits from this sale to increase each year. In previous years, we've raised $25,000 in two days! Don't miss out on being a part, by donating to the sale, volunteering to help, or attending the sale.
Four Ways to Help
1. PRAY for God to use this event for His Kingdom.
2. Volunteer
- May 23 - 27 (Monday - Thursday) 10am - 8pm: We will need lots of help to sort donations & organizing the sale
- May 28 (Friday) 8am - 8pm: host the sale
- May 29 (Saturday) 8am - 9pm: host the sale & cleanup (begins at 6pm)
- May 30 (Sunday) after church - tear down and clean up
3. Get the Word Out
- Promote it on Facebook: Missions Garage Sale Facebook Event
- Indicate that you're GOING
- INVITE your FB friends
- SHARE it to your own page
- Yard Sign: Help us spread the word by putting up a Garage Sale Sign in your yard! Grab one in the foyer of your campus.
- Postcards: Pass out Missions Garage Sale postcards to your family, friends, coworkers, neighbors, and all those people you know who love a great garage sale!
4. Donate Items
May 23-26
General donations take place from May 23-26 at our Sugar Grove campus. Clothing, baby items, toys, shoes, purses, home décor, crafts, bikes, sporting goods, dishes, kitchen items, tools, books, DVDs, CDs…
Items we will not accept: furniture, electronics, paint, tube or plasma TVs, smelly or broken items, car seats older than 5 years
All items donated to the sale that are not sold, are passed on to other great organizations for the giving to get passed on.
