In order for us to become one with Christ Jesus...

1.  Jesus needed to ascend
     The ascension was necessary so that...
       ●  Jesus could continue His work
       ●  Jesus could fulfill His Father's words
       ●  Jesus could be seated as King of the world
       ●  Jesus could serve as our Mediator and High
           Priest wherever we live
       ●  Jesus could one day return in the same way
           as He left

2.  People need to assemble
     We come together in order to...
       ●  Not isolate ourselves from the world
       ●  Create opportunities of joy with one another
       ●  Serve others through our many individual gifts
       ●  Love our Savior together as His bride
       ●  Celebrate the promise of God blessing our
           corporate gathering

3.  We need to accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior
     We need to understand...
        ●  That everyone has sinned but Jesus
        ●  That everyone deserves death
        ●  That everyone who calls on the name of the 
            Lord will be saved
     When we accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior...
       ●  The Holy Spirit dwells in us
       ●  We need to ask to be filled with the Spirit daily
       ●  God will do great work through us
       ●  People will look at us differently
