Walk On

Passage: John 6:16-21

This incident of Jesus miraculously walking on the water to His frightened disciples illustrates some important and critical things that we must understand if we are to be growing disciples of Christ.

1.  In this life you will face darkness.
       •  You may choose it of your own accord.
       •  It may result from antoehr's actions.
       •  Ultimately, it is because God appointed it.

2.  In this life you will be tempted to despair.
       •  Despair can be logical.
       •  Despair can be loco.

3.  Don't be disheartened; Jesus will deliver you!

Application: We learn and grow in our faith through difficulty.
