         > Content

2.  The making of healthy men

             Older men must pursue:

                > Maturity

                > Dignity

                > Stability

           Younger men must pursue:

                > Sobriety

3.  The mandate for healthy mentoring

      Being a mentor involves:

          > Making a connection

          > Encouraging victorious living

          > Nurturing integrity

          > Taking life seriously

          > Observing your life

          > Resisting opposition
